2. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized doe polyolefin. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die, reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.

1. Process flow:
Raw material + additive → Mixing → Vacuum feeder → Hopper dryer → Single screw extruder → Color code extruder → Mould and Calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Cooling tank → Haul-off machine → Cutting machine → Tipping table
