Description:
1. This PVC free foaming board extrusion line is composed of
special twin-screw extruder, T-die head and downstream equipments.
This machine has the features of high output, stable extrusion,
high foaming, smooth and wearable surface etc. And also our company
will supply the customer raw material formulation and whole
processing technology.
2. PVC foam boards produced by this line are widely used in
automobiles, trains, in-house decorating, kitchen, bathroom
cabinets, advertising boards and so on.
3. PVC foam sheet/board is becoming the substitution of wood in
many fields such as AD and Decoration. It made through foaming and
pressing into shape with additives. The main material is PVC. So it
covers not only features of woodplast, but also very light and can
be printed, engraved easily.
