Description:
1. PVC foaming board and WPC foaming board application:
l Transportation industry: Ship, plane. bus, chamber of train,
roofing, core layer, inner decoration board.
l Construction and decoration industry: outer wall board, inner
decoration board, housing, office, public construction board,
furniture, cupboard, roofing. Adopting printing, film coating and
thermo-embossing equipment, will get all kinds of emulational
wooden product.
The extruder for this line is the special designed SJZ 92 conical
twin-screw extruder, this extruder is equipped with the temperature
controlling meters in high precision temperature controlling, easy
and comfortable operation.
2. The vacuum forming table is equipped with the heavy cooling
system which it ensures the cooling efficiency. Caterpillar tractor
is equipped the precise speed geared motor and inverter which it is
reasonable structure, powerful and stable for pulling. The cutter
is reliable and accurate to cut high efficiently. The stacker has
the movable stacking trolley and special made rubber protection
layer to prevent the product from scratching.
