Description:

WPC contruction template production line

1. Our production lines have two extruders co-extrusion type and three extruders co-extrusion type. our extruders adopt specially designed screw . we did lots of study from process to formula. The performance of our machinery and equipment reached the international advanced level.

2. The plate produced by our production line have no cracking and non-deformation in high temperature. Usually the template can be used for more than 30 times , and maixmum can be used for 50 times. The WPC plate has the same characteristics as wood boards: which can enailed , acn be sawed , can be drilled , and be planed , can be sculptured.

3.The advantages of wood plastic: The main characteristics are raw material reutilization, products
plasticization, using enviromentalization, cost economization and recycling regeneration. Now the emphasis
of research is on the composite material after extruding, injection molding and pressing molding among the
raw materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PS etc. Thermoplastic plastics and wood flour, plant hull etc.
