Description:

1. Our production lines have two extruders co-extrusion type and three extruders co-extrusion type. Our extruders adopt specially designed screw. We did a ;ots of study from process to formula. The performance of our manchinery and equipment reached the international advanced level.

2. WPC and wood composite construction template production line is composed of twin screw extruder, board mould,vacuum shaping machine and nine roller haul-off machine, etc. Thanks to its unique screw structure and advanced technic and formula, the construction template board can bear high-temperature without deformation and bear low temperature without crack.

3. The plates produced by our production line have no cracking and non-deformation in high temperature. Usually the template can be used for more than 30 times, and maximum can be used for 50 times.
