powder+ PVC + Other additives as raw material to produce kinds of

(0.55-0.95) profile wood plastic products to meet customer’s needs.
2. With different products, we can match different performance twin
extruder or single extruder which equipped with auxiliary devices
such as vacuum forming machine, haul-off and cutting machine,
loading shelves to optimize its capacity. By using moulds which are
specially designed with customer’s products, customer can produce
the products that they need.
Description:
1. The wood plastic panel out from our line has features of green
environment protection, damp proof, antisepticise and not
distortion, thus suitable for processing method of wood and can be
recycled to reuse. It has been widely used in wide door, partition
panel, construction template, base plate of container, furnish
panel, etc.
2. The composite profile production line extrusion machine also
include the die head, cooling calibrating mould, cooling carrying
roller,hauling-off unit, edge trimming device,dust collecting
machine,cutting device,and delivery stacker.
3.All the eletrical parts in line are from famous brand
supplier,SIEMENS &ABB brand,insure the machine can high stable
running.The machine also have the features of high automatic,easy
operate etc.
Applications:
Composite Plastic Profile as a new material to replace wood, wood
plastic composite is widely used in fields of building decoration
and outdoor building materials, such as edge and corner lines,
fence of flowers nursery, skirting board, ceiling line, blind
window, stair railing, decorative wall board, outdoor pavilion and
so on. Most interior and exterior decorative building materials can
be made by using wood plastic composite.
