1.The automatic feeding machine automatically sucks 100% drawing
grade polypropylene into the extruder, and the extruder heats and
melts PPpellets into liquid state.
2.The roots blower or compressed air is sent to the oven for
heating, the hot air is forced to make the melted liquid
polypropylene material eject from the nozzle into filaments
state(the nozzle contains hundreds of small holes), then the
filaments ejected reaches the receiving equipment, finally the
non-woven fabric is rolled with a roller press.
