Description pe pipe making machine:
1. The extrusion line is equipped with two extruders, multi-layers
co-extrusion, stable extruded materials and excellent
plasticization.
2. The imported proportional control valve regulates the forming
air pressure, which is stable and reliable.
3.Double channel spiral composite extrusion die, and the die
surface is nitrided and polished.
4. Double layer wall thickness adjusting device.
5. The pipe is online double-layer socket flared.
6. The horizontal, horizontal and vertical directions of the
workbench are three-dimensional adjustable.
7. When the workbench is powered off, it will automatically exit
the protection system.
8. The module is made of special aluminum alloy, which has the
characteristics of light weight, high strength, good wear
resistance and small coefficient of thermal expansion.
9. The molding module is air-cooled and water-cooled, with good
coolingeffect and fast molding speed.
10. The whole production line adopts PLC microcomputer control
system to visually display melt temperature, pressure, forming
speed, fault alarm, etc.
11. High efficiency single screw extruder (using pellets) and
energy-saving twin screw extruder (using powder or pellets) are
available.

Application:
PE water supply pipe and gas pipe extrusion machine can produce
either PE water supply pipe or Gas pipe. It means that both PE
water supply pipe and PE gas pipe can be produced under the same
extrusion machine.
